How to report a factual error and how TravelOffice handles material corrections.
Report an error
Email info@tantris.co.za with the page URL, the information you believe is incorrect and the correct information. Include a primary or official source where one exists.
What happens next
TravelOffice reviews the claim against the best available source. If the page is materially wrong, the content is corrected and the updated date can be changed to reflect the review.
Changing operational information
Airline schedules, fares, baggage rules, airport processes and government requirements can change quickly. A difference between a page and a newly published official rule is treated as an update priority rather than assuming the older information remains valid.
