1. Operator and acceptance

TravelOffice™ is a digital travel-search and information brand owned and operated by Tantris Travel and Conferences (Pty) Ltd, a 100% Black Owned Company. Our office is at Office 2, Hotel@Tzaneen, 1 Makakota Street, 0850, South Africa.

By accessing or using TravelOffice™, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or its search and planning tools.

2. What TravelOffice™ provides

TravelOffice™ provides flight-search functionality, route and airport information, fare intelligence, travel guides and planning tools. The website helps users discover and compare travel options; it is not, by itself, the airline, travel agency or other supplier that fulfils a travel booking.

Search results can be supplied using third-party technology and promotional tools, including tools made available through the Travelpayouts affiliate network and its participating advertisers.

3. Affiliate relationship and commercial disclosure

TravelOffice™ participates in affiliate marketing arrangements. We may receive a reward or commission from Travelpayouts or a participating advertiser when a user follows an eligible link, completes a qualifying booking or performs another qualifying action.

The affiliate relationship does not transfer responsibility for the underlying travel service to TravelOffice™. Travelpayouts, participating advertisers and booking providers may apply their own eligibility, attribution, cookie, booking and commercial rules. Availability of particular providers or offers can change. TravelOffice™’s participation in the Travelpayouts network is governed separately by the network terms that apply to us as a partner; these Terms & Conditions govern your use of TravelOffice™.

4. Search results, fares and availability

Flight prices, schedules, seat availability, baggage inclusions, taxes, fees and fare conditions are dynamic and can change between search and checkout. A result displayed on TravelOffice™ is not a guaranteed quote or reservation.

Before payment, you must review the final itinerary, dates, airports, passenger names, baggage, fare rules, currency and total amount on the provider’s checkout page. The final terms shown by the provider at checkout take precedence for that transaction.

5. Third-party bookings and contracts

When you select a flight or other travel service, you may be redirected to or shown a checkout operated by an airline, travel agency or other third-party provider. Your contract for the travel service is with the provider identified at checkout or in the booking confirmation, not with TravelOffice™ unless we expressly state otherwise.

The provider’s own terms, privacy policy, payment rules and booking conditions apply to that transaction. TravelOffice™ is not authorised to alter a provider’s fare rules or promise a refund, reissue, upgrade, seat, baggage allowance or schedule change that the provider has not confirmed.

6. Changes, cancellations, refunds and booking support

For an existing reservation, use the contact details and support channels in the booking confirmation. The ticketing airline, agency or other provider that controls the reservation is normally responsible for changes, cancellations, refunds, payment disputes and rebooking.

TravelOffice™ can explain how the search service works or correct information on this website, but does not control a third party’s reservation system or refund decision.

7. Traveller responsibilities

You are responsible for entering accurate passenger names, dates, destinations and other booking details and for checking them before payment. You are also responsible for arriving at the correct airport and terminal in sufficient time and for complying with the carrier’s check-in and boarding requirements.

TravelOffice™ guides are general information and do not replace official requirements. Passports, visas, permits, identification, vaccination or health rules, entry requirements, transit rules and other government requirements must be verified with the relevant authority for your actual journey.

8. Fare intelligence, editorial content and calculators

Fare observations, price-index information and historical or recent-price indicators describe data available to TravelOffice™ and should not be treated as a promise that the same fare can still be booked. Editorial guides can become outdated as airline, airport and government rules change.

Calculators use the inputs and assumptions shown and provide estimates only. Fuel, parking, transfer, airfare and other costs should be verified with the relevant supplier before making a financial or travel decision.

9. Affiliate tracking, cookies and external technology

Affiliate links, search tools and third-party booking services may use cookies, identifiers or similar technologies to operate the service, measure performance or attribute an eligible booking. See the TravelOffice™ Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy for more information.

Third-party technologies and websites are outside TravelOffice™’s direct technical control. Their availability, functionality and policies can change without notice.

10. Permitted use

You may use TravelOffice™ for lawful personal or business travel research. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, use the service for fraud, or use automated tools to scrape, copy or overload the website in a way that is not expressly authorised.

You must not use TravelOffice™ or its content in a way that infringes the intellectual-property, privacy or other rights of TravelOffice™, Tantris Travel and Conferences (Pty) Ltd, a travel provider or another person.

11. Intellectual property

The TravelOffice™ brand, site design, original editorial content, databases, software arrangement and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party airline names, booking-provider brands, photographs, data or software remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of the TravelOffice™ brand or a third party’s trade marks, technology or content.

12. No warranty

TravelOffice™ is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim to maintain accurate and useful information but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, the continued availability of a particular provider, or that every fare, schedule or rule is complete or current at all times.

Nothing on the website is a guarantee that a travel provider will accept a booking, issue a ticket, maintain a schedule or honour an offer after its own booking conditions have ceased to be satisfied.

13. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TravelOffice™ and Tantris Travel and Conferences (Pty) Ltd are not responsible for losses caused by a third-party provider’s acts or omissions, including cancellations, delays, schedule changes, insolvency, denied boarding, baggage handling, refund decisions or failures of an external booking service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer or other law.

14. Privacy

Use of the website is also subject to the TravelOffice™ Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. When you proceed to an external booking provider, the information you submit to that provider is handled under its own privacy terms.

15. Changes to the website or these Terms

TravelOffice™ may update features, providers, affiliate tools, content or these Terms as the service evolves. The current version published on the website applies from its stated update date. Material changes do not alter a travel contract that you have already concluded directly with a third-party provider.

16. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are intended to operate under the laws applicable to Tantris Travel and Conferences (Pty) Ltd in South Africa, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or other rights that apply to you and cannot lawfully be excluded. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
